Between 1st and 3rd, April, 2013, The 9th International Green Building Conference and Expo, successfully launched in Bejing international exhibition center and jointly organized by three organizations: Chinese Society for Urban Studies, China Green Building Council and professional committee of China Eco-city Research.
In the conference, Qiu Baoxing, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD), addressed keynote speech—improving the quality of green building on all-around way. As invited guests, Jiang Yi (Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Qinghua University)made a speech based on hotspots of heating system in south of china —which set as: recognition of heating method on southern area, centralization or distribution.
This conference theme targeting at introducing the development path and current situation of energy-efficient buildings on both domestic and overseas markets. Hundreds of exhibited units joined in this event and showed an advanced energy-efficient technology and related materials.
